Established, well-respected, successful Aesthetics company seeks an experienced sales representative to promote their Cosmeceutical products to Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, and other physician practices in the Northern California territory (see Territory info in “Key Points” section below).
This firm has decades of history of being an innovator, with compelling product technology addressing the full range of aesthetic and therapeutic skin health.
Product categories include skin brightening, skin rejuvenation, under-eye, neck cream, specialty vitamin C-based serums, skin hydration, sunscreens and more. The firm is exceedingly stable, has a strong management team, and impressive research and development. Their pipeline for new Aesthetic products is substantial and they are well positioned for continued growth.
Position Description (Brief Overview)
- Prospect and open new accounts
- Grow business with existing accounts
- Demand Creation: Drive and increase sell-through of Cosmeceutical products within physician practice by developing and executing marketing programs that create patient demand and awareness
- Achieve targeted sales goals and objectives within the territory
Qualifications/Requirements (Brief Overview, One or More of Below)
- Direct-to-physician sales experience with Cosmeceuticals/Aesthetics
- Specialty Dermatology experience plus B2B sales experience
- Excellent knowledge and relationships with Dermatologists/Plastic Surgeons in territory
- A superstar in the Beauty/Skincare segment ready to advance to physician sales

- Territory: San Francisco Peninsula and general East Bay areas are main territory; San Jose, down to Monterey; there are some accounts in Sacramento that needs minimal servicing (up to candidate to decide how much time to dedicate there, 1X per quarter OK)
- Compensation: $95-120K Base for senior Aesthetics/Dermatology rep, plus $40K Commission annual opportunity at plan, (accelerators for above-plan performance)
