Highly respected, rapidly growing, rock-solid stable Aesthetics company seeks a Northeast Regional Sales Mana to provide leadership to a regional team of nine sales representatives that promote skincare products to Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, and other aesthetic physician practices. The company has an extensive line of uniquely-positioned, inventive, science-based (clinically supported) cosmeceutical products that are directly dispensed by doctors to their patients. Product Pipeline: they have a continual flow of new Aesthetic products that fuel revenue growth.

 

Position Description (Brief Overview)

  • Motivate an inspired regional sales team, committed and empowered to achieve amazing success
  • Achieve strong sales growth, meet and exceed sales objectives
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent in the region
  • Drive the performance and continual development of the region
  • Create a positive, success-and-reward-oriented, work hard—play hard sales team culture
  • Establish and maintain top level contact with the region’s key customers
  • Develop quarterly and annual business plans to drive revenue and increase market penetration
  • Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales achievements
  • Travel as necessary to visit sales team, major accounts, attend trade shows and key events
  • Note: This is a heavy travel role, likely 50%+

 

Qualifications/Requirements (Brief Overview)

  • Sales management experience—leading an outside sales team calling on Derms/Plastics
  • Successful experience building high-performing sales teams that exceed goals
  • Thorough knowledge and experience with direct-to-physician sales of Aesthetic products
  • Ideal candidate has senior sales management experience in cosmeceutical/aesthetics space
  • Cosmeceutical/Aesthetics experience key, but Specialty Dermatology background is also a plus
