Growing, successful, entrepreneurial Cosmeceutical company seeks a National Trainer to take a central role delivering training to Aesthetic physician practices across the country (see Geography info in Key Points section below). The company has an extensive line of popular, innovative, science-based (clinically supported) products that are directly dispensed by doctors to their patients.
Education is very central to this firm’s business model, and they have a robust and extensive library of training and education curriculum and materials across a wide range of delivery platforms. This role is focused on curriculum delivery and does not involve curriculum development (but this person can develop training materials where they see a need and have the desire to do so).

- Be a licensed Aesthetician
- Have current/recent experience in a dedicated (100% focus) Trainer/Educator role (regional/national) in medical aesthetics (mainly Dermatology/Plastic Surgery)
Position Description (Brief Overview)
This position is focused on delivering training/educational curriculum to existing and potential physician accounts. (Note: Training the company’s sales personnel is not part of this role.)
- Deliver training to: Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, other Aesthetic physicians, patient coordinators, aestheticians, nurses, PAs, and medical spas (with medical director)
- Educate and train accounts on skin science and the use of company products, protocols, & treatments
- Team with the field sales organization and support sales calls, trade shows, client events, open houses
- Run one and two-day Training Class Seminars (to accounts and prospective accounts, 30-60+ people)
- Deliver specific training strategies to Key Accounts ( maintain relationships)
- Introduce new products to medical practices and licensed skin care professionals
- Work with internal teams to ensure successful product launches
- Help onboard new accounts
- May travel to fill-in for an absent representative for periods of time
- Deliver online training and webinars (GoToMeeting, Zoom, others), PowerPoint
- This is a heavy travel role, including some nights and weekends, up to 80% travel
Qualifications/Requirements (Brief Overview)
- Current/recent experience as a Trainer/Educator of Aesthetic products to physicians, PAs, Nurses, Aestheticians, Patient Coordinators (mandatory)
- Be a licensed Aesthetician (mandatory)
- Exceptional knowledge of skin care science, ingredients (exp w/vitamin A & C a plus), formulations
- Extraordinary presentation skills, personable: able to engage audience over two-day timeframe
- Experience with aesthetic medical devices a plus
- Great organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Have the ability/experience to perform the duties outlined in the Position Description section above
- Bachelor’s Degree a plus (not required)
