Established, well-respected, successful Cosmeceuticals company seeks a National Account Manager to be a senior sales liaison to multi-location and high volume regional and national accounts within the Cosmeceuticals space. This company markets popular, innovative, science-based (clinically supported) Cosmeceutical products that are directly dispensed by aesthetic physicians to their patients. This position is an expansion role due to the organization’s continued growth.

Note: This position requires:

Current/very recent dedicated (100% focus) experience in a National Account Manager position in Cosmeceuticals.

Will consider a Regional Sales Manager with considerable experience working with National Accounts.

The firm has decades of history of being an innovator, with compelling product technology addressing the full range of aesthetic and therapeutic skin health. Product categories include skin brightening, skin rejuvenation, under-eye, neck cream, specialty vitamin C-based serums, skin hydration, sun screens and more.

The company is exceedingly stable, has a strong management team, and impressive research and development. Their pipeline for new Aesthetic products is substantial and they are well positioned for continued growth.

Position Description (Brief Overview)

  • Oversee and manage large, complex, high visibility-strategic key regional and national accounts
  • Work w/multi-location Dermatology networks, Medi-Spas, Laser Centers, Group Practices, others
  • Achieve targeted revenue and strategic objectives
  • Identify key prospects, negotiate contracts, achieve new account goals
  • Build relationships, act as a trusted advisor to clients, identify win-win revenue opportunities
  • Create strategic and tactical plans to support regional and national accounts
  • Drive sales by working with account with Marketing and Demand Creation programs
  • Collaborate with field-based territory sales reps and regional managers
  • Obtain rapid adoption of new products, orchestrate successful product launches
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
  • This is a heavy travel position, up to 60%

Qualifications/Requirements (Brief Overview)

  • National Account Management experience–Cosmeceutical
  • Thorough knowledge and experience with direct-to-physician sales of Cosmeceutical products
  • Has network of established Cosmeceutical regional/national contacts/clients
  • Sales Management experience within Cosmeceutical space a plus
  • Exceptional communication, writing, analytical, and multi-tasking skills
  • Computer skills: Including CRM software, tablet, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
