Established, well-respected, successful Northern New Jersey-based Aesthetics company seeks a Content Management Coordinator to drive the implementation, communication, and program management of a physician channel web-based portal supporting Dermatologists and Plastics Surgeons offices. This is successful, existing platform already in operation. The company has a an extensive, highly-regarded line of popular, innovative, science-based (clinically supported) Cosmeceutical products that are directly dispended by aesthetic physicians to their patients.

This firm has decades of history of being an innovator, with compelling product technology addressing the full range of aesthetic and therapeutic skin health. Product categories include: skin brightening, skin rejuvenation, under-eye, neck cream, specialty vitamin C-based serums, skin hydration, sun screens and more. The firm is exceedingly stable, has a strong management team, and impressive research and development. Their pipeline for new Aesthetic products is substantial and they are well positioned for continued growth.

 

Responsibilities (Brief Summary)

Primary responsibility is to direct and manage all of the content and user experience on the physician office web-based portal platform. (Note: This role is content management/deployment, it is not a content development/creative services position. The person in this role will orchestrate and utilize content developed by others.)

  • Design, plan and execute content and communication plan for platform
  • Coordinate with internal & external cross-functional teams
  • Orchestrate high-level of engagement and activity in the platform from target audiences
  • Perform regular analysis of platform effectiveness
  • Identify content needs and executing frequent digital content
  • Ensure the platform is engaging and has the tools to be meaningful to professional partners
  • Increase number of partners and people using the platform
  • Review media to be uploaded to platform
  • Involve the sales team so they are engaged and their clients benefit from the platform
  • Perform regular analysis of platform effectiveness

 

Requirements/Qualifications (Summary)

  • Bachelor’s degree; may consider industry experience in lieu of a degree
  • Advertising Agency experience in Traffic, Communications, or Account Management a plus
  • Marketing experience in Cosmeceuticals, Aesthetic Laser, OTC, or Pharmaceutical Dermatology a plus; other Pharmaceutical specialty experience acceptable
  • Experience in Medical Aesthetics and Physician Dispensing a plus (not required)
  • Will consider Beauty industry experience for someone seeking medical marketing
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills within a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter, positive, not afraid to ask questions, can lead new initiatives
  • Strong/creative writing and speaking skills; able to communicate with a wide-range of stakeholders
