Highly successful European Aesthetics company is expanding to the United States and is seeking a Sales Representative to promote their Cosmeceutical products to Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, and other Aesthetic physician practices within the Dallas territory (see Territory info in “Key Points” section below).

This firms develops Aesthetic products in number of different categories, including Cosmeceuticals. They have rapidly emerged as an industry leader in each county they have entered and have done so through innovative and disruptive product formulation.

The company has a complete line of popular, highly effective science-based (clinically supported) cosmeceutical products that are directly dispensed by doctors to their patients.

 

Position Description (Brief Overview)

  • Achieve targeted sales goals and objectives within the territory
  • Prospect and open new accounts
  • Grow business with existing accounts
  • Market Development: Drive and increase sell-through of products within physician practice by developing and executing marketing programs that create patient demand and awareness

 

Qualifications/Requirements (Brief Overview)

  • Direct-to-physician sales experience with Cosmeceutical or other medical Aesthetic products
  • Strong knowledge and relationships with Aesthetic physicians in territory
  • Specialty Dermatology sales experience with strong  B2B sales background also acceptable

  • Territory: Dallas/Ft. Worth and vicinity; candidate should live in the territory
  • Compensation: $95-120K Base–depending on experience, plus $40-55K Commission at plan, above-plan incentives, lots of promotions
  • Car Allowance: $900 per month, plus they pay for cost of fuel
