Entrepreneurial, growing, successful, Aesthetic Laser/Capital company seeks a Sales Representative (Area Sales Manager) to promote their line of products to Aesthetic physician practices within the San Diego-Inland Empire territory (see “Territory Information” in the Key Points section below).
The company has an expansive line of Aesthetic product platforms, including RF, Bipolar RF, Short-Pulse RF, Diode Laser, IPL, YAG, Infusion/Hydration and more. Applications include Facial Sculpting and Symmetry, Firming, Tightening-Lifting, Double Chin/Neck and Body Skin Tightening, Hair Removal, Acne, Scar Remediation, Rosacea, Nail Fungus, Sun/Brown Spots, Fine Lines and Wrinkles, Pigmentation, Leg Veins, Photo Rejuvenation, and more.

This firm has a seasoned management team deep in successful Aesthetic Capital experience, a dynamic business model, and a sales-centric culture. They have very strong product development and an excellent pipeline of new products coming to complement their already extensive Capital Aesthetics line-up.

 

Position Description (Brief Overview)

  • Achieve targeted sales goals and objectives within the territory
  • Consult with physician regarding product benefits to patient, and ROI to practice
  • Prospect and identify and close new account opportunities

 

Qualifications/Requirements (One or more of below)

  • Aesthetic Laser/Capital sales experience strongly preferred
  • Medical capital equipment sales, or a connection to Plastic Surgery is a plus
  • Will consider a documented superstar with alternative outside sales experience

  • Compensation: Base $80-85K plus Commission: at Plan make $300-325K total base/commission ($1.6M quota) annually, commission is uncapped and ranges from 10-15% plus lots of compelling financial rewards for strong performance (see company for official details)
